Policy on returns:
The return and exchange policy is only applicable to purchases made on this website.
1. All items are not subjected to exchange or refund unless:
- There is a defect in our merchandise. This will be subjected to verification and handled on a case by case basis.
- Wrong merchandise has been shipped.
*This is only applicable within 7 days from the date of shipment.
*Please note that we do not accept the return of items without prior notification through email.
2. In the event of an exchange, we will only reimburse the charges for normal postage of the item(s) sent back to us. Customers is responsible for making sure that items mailed back are packed securely. We will not be responsible for lost mails.
*cost of envelope(s) will not be refunded.
3. In the event of an exchange, we will ship the same item if it is still in stock. In the event that the item is out of stock, we will allow it to be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value (top-up required).
